Parenting Positives: Weekly Gratitude

It's been a pretty ordinary week. It's been unbelievably cold! So we're hibernating and there's not a lot going on. But there is still plenty to be thankful for.

1. Brady's language is really taking off! I'm super amused and impressed by all the words he knows. It's especially sweet that he takes time from his busy toddler adventures to ask, "Milk?" while nodding emphatically and enjoys a few snuggle moments with me.

2. I'm very thankful that the week or so we had of Brady waking up before 6 am seems to have fallen back closer to 6:30 again. An extra 45 minutes really makes a difference for everybody!

3. We had an 18 month check-up earlier this week. I'm so grateful for a healthy child!

4. Brady and I attended Zumbini on Wednesday at The Seventeenth Radish. The first time we went he mostly observed. He was a much more active participant this time. We had so much fun!

5. Though this recent weather has reminded us it really is Winter in Wisconsin, I'm thankful for some snow. We're looking forward to some slightly warmer temps to get out and do some playing in it!

I'd love to hear what you're grateful for this week! Happy Friday!
