Parenting Positives: Weekly Gratitude

There have been some fun, new opportunities presenting themselves lately. I've been making some new connections with blogging and writing. The hubs has some good things coming his way. And our little guy continues to bring us indescribable joy in a way that only he can. Here are some specific things I'm grateful for:

1. I've started a great playroom project for my friend who has a 3 and a half year old boy and a 4 month old baby girl. They have a really fun space to work with, we have some finishing touches to add and I'm excited to post about how it turns out!
2. We received a belated Christmas package in the mail from a good friend of mine who just had a baby. It was filled with all sorts of goodies including a book called, Walking with Purpose, that so far I'm really enjoying.
3. I got an essential oil diffuser for Christmas and have been using it consistently for the past few weeks. We've noticed some improvement in Brady's sleep. Some. And it really has seem to help with our moods during these long winter months.
4. Brady's language development is really starting to take off. He's saying super cute things like, "morning" (good morning) and "day" (have a good day.)
5. I've had the opportunity to contribute to Special Moms Parenting Magazine. The first issue came out this week and I'm very honored to be a part of it.

I'd love to hear what you're thankful for this week. Happy Friday!
