So, there is vast room for improvement as we usher out the old and ring in the new in our household!
So, a few days late, but nonetheless, I'm excited to recap some of our most memorable family moments for 2014. It was a year of milestones and first-times that's been adorable and fun to review in photos.
Winter we mostly hibernated and I realized I didn't have many pictures. But this was a time of sitting up unassisted and introducing solid foods. I managed to snap a few shots of all the cuteness that entails.

Spring's milestones involved pulling up to a stand, Brady's first Easter and my first "official" Mother's Day when we enjoyed a trip to a local park!
Summertime brought us some very fun firsts. Brady turned one! We witnessed first steps and took first-time trips to a local splash pad, the beach and the fair. Summer also brought with it Brady's first haircut and our first night away without Brady.
The most exciting summer event was Brady's farm-themed first birthday party!
I'm planning a future post to re-cap all the elements of this fun event!
Fall was so much fun as we watched Brady really develop new cognitive skills, language and signing and enjoyed our first trip to the pumpkin patch! In November we also took our first family vacation to Florida.
The year-end has brought with it some amazing development in Brady's personality and preferences for activities. His favorite thing is to play with bowls, pots and pans on his DIY toy stove. He's really starting to take an interest in some sensory and fine motor activities and absolutely LOVES music!
This first full year with our little guy has gone by in a blink! I truly am in awe of how quickly they learn and grow. I am thrilled to see him watch with childhood wonder at everyday objects and tasks.
I am so grateful for all the joy 2014 has brought us and can't wait to see what 2015 holds!
